Payments and Bookings
To book, simply fill out our enquiry form or contact us via direct messaging or email. We’ll confirm availability and discuss your event details.
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the event.
We accept bank transfers and other secure payment methods. Full payment details will be provided upon booking.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we may offer rescheduling options depending on availability.
Equipment & Setup
Our soft play is designed for toddlers and young children up to 5. It’s perfect for early learning, exploration, and fun!

Yes! Our team will deliver, set up, and collect the soft play, so you can focus on enjoying the event.
Yes, but only on a flat, clean, and dry surface such as artificial grass, patio, or indoors. If rain is forecast, an indoor backup plan is required.
Absolutely! Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every hire to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards.
On The Day
Standard hire is 3 hours plus set up and collection, but extended hire may be available upon request at an additional charge.
Yes, adult supervision is required at all times to ensure safe play.
Accidental damage may result in a charge. We kindly ask that children remove shoes, avoid food and drinks near the equipment, and play safely.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this is subject to availability.
Set up takes roughly 30 minutes depending on the package, if you have ordered customs designs please allow up to an additional 20 minutes. Collection should take around 30 minutes.

Yes! We offer optional add-ons such as themed decorations, Let us know your requirements when booking.
Of course! Soft play pairs well with bouncy castles, and other fun activities. Let us know if you need recommendations. Please be aware we do not allow face painting with our soft play equipment, any signs of face paint on our equipment may result in a loss of security deposit.
Deposits & Payments
No, the booking deposit is non-refundable. This secures your event date and prevents other bookings from being made for that time.
Full payment must be made at least 14 days before your event. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without a refund.
Yes, as long as there is no damage, excessive dirt, or missing items. Refunds are processed within 3 days after collection and inspection of the equipment.
Liability & Responsibility
You, the hirer, are responsible for supervising the children at all times. Sammy's Soft Play does not provide supervision and is not liable for injuries that occur due to misuse or lack of supervision.
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in a deduction from your security deposit or an additional charge to cover repairs or replacement.
Yes, you are responsible for ensuring the safe use of the equipment. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow our safety guidelines.
Equipment Use & Restrictions
No, once set up by our team, the equipment must not be moved to ensure safety and prevent damage.

Yes, the following items are not permitted on or near the soft play:

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We will do our best to reschedule your event, subject to availability. However, the deposit remains non-refundable even if you reschedule.
f you book an outdoor setup, you must have an indoor backup option available in case of bad weather. We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to weather.
If an event is cancelled within 14 days of the event date no refund will be offered, we will however look at rescheduling the event depending on availability. Cancellation before 14 days of the event date will result in the loss of your deposit, again we can look at rescheduling the event depending on availability.
Legal Compliance
es, we have full public liability insurance covering our equipment and services. However, this does not replace the responsibility of adult supervision during hire.
Yes, all customers must sign an agreement stating they accept our Terms & Conditions before hire.
